- Real Flo is real estate transaction timeline software. Agents build a timeline of milestones for a listing or an under-contract transaction, sync the dates they have confirmed to their calendar, and send branded reminder emails to their clients.
- Who is Real Flo for?
- Real Flo is built for real estate agents and real estate teams who want a calm, organized way to track transaction milestones and keep clients informed. The Team plan supports a shared workspace with additional seats.
- What types of real estate timelines can I create?
- Real Flo includes default templates for Listing, Under Contract — Buyer, and Under Contract — Seller transactions, and you can also start a timeline blank. Default milestones are organizational suggestions only and must be reviewed against the applicable contract, brokerage requirements, and local regulations.
- Can Real Flo send branded milestone reminders to clients?
- Yes. Real Flo sends an initial welcome summary and milestone reminder emails using your agent branding. You preview and approve the initial email before it sends, and you can set up to five reminder times per milestone.
- Does Real Flo connect transaction milestones to a calendar?
- Yes. You can connect Google Calendar and choose which milestones to sync. Only milestones you enable, with a date you have entered and confirmed, are pushed to your calendar.
- Does Real Flo automatically determine legal deadlines?
- No. Real Flo never calculates, assumes, or populates contractual due dates. Dates stay blank until you enter and independently confirm them, and calendar synchronization never changes a contractual date.
- What happens when a milestone date changes?
- When you change a milestone date in Real Flo, the corresponding calendar event is updated and future reminders follow the new date. Milestones can also be marked TBD or left with no date set.
- Can I create custom timeline templates?
- Yes. Reusable custom timeline templates are available on the Professional and Team plans, so you can save your own milestone lists and reuse them on future transactions.
- Can two clients receive reminders for the same transaction?
- Yes. Every plan supports up to two email recipients per customer, so both parties on a transaction can receive the same branded reminders.
- Does Real Flo replace an agent's contract-management responsibilities?
- No. Real Flo is an administrative convenience, calendar-support, and reminder tool. It is not a transaction-management system and is not legal, tax, brokerage, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for reading agreements and confirming every date and obligation.
